Wholesale11 is an internet-based wholesale distributor of fashion accessories. Our goal is to provide the best possible quality of products and service to our customers. This article states our company's terms and conditions and expains how we work.

 

Registering to our website

There is no pre-registration or application necessary in order to register to our website. You will be automatically registered when you place your first order. Customers registered in the State of New Jersey have to email a copy of their sales tax identification to info@wholesale11.com within 14 days of their first order. If you do not place an order but would like to receive email-updates about new products, than you may choose to register without placing an order.

 

Browsing our products

On the left side of our website, we have categories. You can see last 4-week's new arrivals and the latest new colors on the top. After new arrivals, all of our products are listed in main categories and sub-categories. When you click on a main category, you can see all the items listed in sub-categories. After the products, "Closeouts" and "Bulk Sale" categories are listed. Items and their prices listed in these two categories are subject to change at anytime by the discretion of Wholesale11.

 

Searching our products with item number

On top of our website we have a search section. You can type any item number to search through our products. Most of our item numbers have letter character(s) at the end, which represents the item's color. Please do not type any color code when you search.

 

Minimum order

Minimum order amount is $100.

 

Free shipping

We offer free shipping only on jewelry purchases and to the following delivery states; Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesoto, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming.

 

Placing Order

You can browse our products and add the desired items to your shopping cart. You can view your cart and the estimated shipping cost at any time.

 

Payment

We provide 3 options to make a payment for your order. PayPal, Credit Card and Save Order.

PayPal: When you choose this option, our website will direct you to the PayPal website where you can pay for your order.

Credit Card: We accept Visa, Master, Amex and Discover. If you want to pay with this option, you will need to enter your credit card information. Our website is protected by the industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology (please read our Privacy Policy to learn more about this technology). Your credit card will be charged after we prepare your order.

Save Order: If you do not want to leave your credit card information at our website, you can choose this option and call us to give your credit card information.

 

Shipping

We use UPS Ground unless customers ask for other UPS Services or other carriers. In this case we will estimate the new shipping charge and inform you by email or telephone.

The orders are typically shipped the same day if received by 3pm (est). If we cannot ship your order on the same day, we ship it the following day. If the order will delay more than 2 days, we email you with the update on the shipment.

We update your account with the UPS tracking number within 24 hours of your shipment. When your account is updated, a confirmation message will be sent automatically to your email address.

UPS do not deliver to PO Boxes and do not work on weekends.

 

Exchange and Return Policy

All sales are final. There is no return or exchange, unless the item is damaged. Damaged item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent within 7 days after receipt of the item. We will mail a UPS return label for the damaged item(s). After we receive the returned item, there are 3 options to choose. (1) We will refund the amount of the damaged item, (2) exchange the item, (3) provide credit for the next order. If customer chooses to exchange the item, we will send the new exchanged item along with the next order.
